For several years in a row, the Spaceport America Operations Team has invited HDARC to participate & put on a HAM radio exhibition in their annual open house at Space Port America down near Truth or Consequences, NM. To celebrate the event, we had a special event call sign of K5S and made nearly 100 contacts on 20 meters during our short operation period of 5 hours.

It's a good time and a great experience.
